  • 1 head romaine lettuce washed, dried, and chopped
  • 2 Italian Chicken Thighs sliced (Part 3)
  • a couple of generous scoops of Homemade Caesar Dressing Part 1
  • Homemade Croutons Part 2

Method

  1. Wash, dry, and chop the romaine. Put it in a big bowl.
  2. Slice the chicken and add it to the bowl.
  3. Add a couple of generous scoops of dressing and the croutons.
  4. Toss everything together and serve.

Notes

Make the dressing, croutons, and chicken first: Part 1: Homemade Caesar Dressing, Part 2: Homemade Croutons, Part 3: Italian Chicken Thighs.
The 6-thigh chicken batch leaves leftovers.
Calories are an estimate: 1 chicken thigh, 1/10 of the dressing batch, 1 serving of croutons, and half a head of romaine per salad.
