Lunch at Mileta in Lexington, KY. I didn’t expect a seasonal menu inside a mall. A friend recommended it and told me to get the Parmesan ice cream.
Crispy fried chicken sandwich
Fontina, Calabrian honey and lemon mayo. It had a real crunch. Fries and two dips came on the side, and the fries went right in the dip.
Parmesan ice cream with thyme crisps
The thyme crisps on top were light and crunchy, and it tasted like nothing else I’ve had. They brought me a half size. Great service.
